HydraFacial treatment being performed on the cheek

Cleanse, extract and hydrate

HydraFacial MD

Enjoy skin that looks fresh, clean and deeply hydrated after one personalised treatment—with gentle exfoliation and extraction and usually little to no downtime.

How this treatment can help

Fresh, smooth and hydrated skin in one appointment

HydraFacial is a popular choice when your skin feels dull, dehydrated, rough or congested, or when you want a polished glow before an event. The treatment can leave suitable skin feeling softer and looking clearer, plumper and refreshed without the recovery of a stronger peel or resurfacing procedure.

The fluid-based handpiece cleanses and gently exfoliates, loosens surface build-up, lifts suitable congestion with controlled suction, then delivers hydrating ingredients back into the skin. Your therapist adjusts the sequence and any booster to what your skin needs that day.

Our team checks sensitivity, active irritation, current products and recent treatments first. If the skin barrier needs calming rather than exfoliation, we will recommend the better option instead of pushing ahead with a standard protocol.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered clearly

These answers explain the general experience. Your consultation is where we confirm what is appropriate for your skin, health and goals.

What is a HydraFacial?

HydraFacial is a device-based facial using Vortex-Fusion technology to cleanse, exfoliate, extract suitable congestion and deliver hydrating ingredients. The sequence and optional boosters can be personalised.

How long does HydraFacial take?

The face treatment is listed as 30 minutes. Face, neck and chest or a treatment with additional extractions is listed as 45 minutes.

Is there downtime?

Most clients can resume normal activity immediately. Temporary flushing, sensitivity or tightness can still occur, particularly when the skin is reactive or a stronger exfoliation step is selected.

How often should I have HydraFacial?

It can be booked as a one-off event treatment or included in an ongoing skin plan. Frequency depends on your skin, other procedures, budget and goal; monthly treatment is a common manufacturer suggestion, not a requirement.

Can HydraFacial clear severe acne?

It may help with surface congestion and hydration, but it is not a treatment for every acne type. Inflamed, cystic, rapidly scarring or medically complex acne needs a proper assessment and may require a different pathway.

Who may need to postpone treatment?

Active infection, open or significantly irritated skin, recent aggressive procedures, certain medicines, pregnancy-related product restrictions or known ingredient allergies can change suitability. Please disclose these before treatment.

Personalised professional care

Experience matters when treatment is personal

Our qualified and experienced team starts with what concerns you, then selects the treatment, technique and settings around your skin or body—not a one-size-fits-all menu.

Temporary flushing or sensitivity may occur. Product allergies, active infection, compromised skin and some medications may affect suitability.
